Promotional Float Therapy cards can not be redeemed online, please call 856.202.8000
We will schedule your appointment for you and apply the discount. If you reserve your appointment online, the full price of the service will be charged to your card.
Promotional float session cards or free float session cards must be presented at the time of service in order to receive the discount. The full price of the float service will be charged if the promotional card is not presented at the time of service. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FLOAT THERAPY SERVICES
Your Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometime schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 Hour Notice for all cancellations. No exceptions!
Strictly enforced 24 Hour Cancellation Policy!
All Appointments In our Spa are required to be reserved with a credit card. In the instance you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window before your appointment - your card on file will be charged for your service. Please note there are no exceptions to this policy.
This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our services scheduled and filled at all times. No refunds will be given as a result of a shortened session due to client’s tardiness or missed appointments.
CONFIRMATION EMAILS
As a courtesy, we will email, text, or call you depending on your chosen confirmation method, to confirm your appointment prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, it is then your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
RESTRICTIONS
You must be 18 years of age to float in our facility. Please check with your physician, as some medical conditions can prevent you from floating. Maximum weight is limited to the size of room or pod. We offer an oversized float room that is 8 feet by 4 feet. Clients who are 6'10" or weighing 350 pounds may float comfortably.
FLOAT THERAPY LIABILITY WAIVER
The Waiver will be given to you at your appointment to fill out, prior to your service.
